Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, please let us know within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. The item(s) must notified to us within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Special dispensation can be made for gifts, please contact us at michael@absealants.co.uk first to request this. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only.
How to Return/Exchange Items
Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning, the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. If you want us to arrange collection and return for you please request this. Please however be aware that any costs for this will be passed on to you and will be deducted from your refund.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged! We will only accept full and complete packs of panels. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been used or damaged it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it.
Restocking Fee
In certain instances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS AND/OR COLLECTION CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a AB Sealants Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AB Sealants Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AB Sealants Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AB Sealants Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AB Sealants Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a AB Sealants Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
